The Worry Doll is thought to worry in the person's place, thereby permitting the person to sleep peacefully. The person will wake up without their worries, which have been taken away by the Worry Doll during the night" This is a great Mayan legend from the south of Mexico and Guatemala, every little kid (including myself) grows up with a little worry doll by their bed! Our Worry Dolls come from a small cooperative of women in the highlands of Guatemala, where they hand make this gorgeous line of Worry Dolls and little crafts: the perfect gift for any kid.
