Prior to shipment and delivery we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so we can organise the prompt replacement of your goods.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including change of your mind), you may return (within 14 days from the purchase date) the product only if it has been unused and in its original, undamaged packaging for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on discount-sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note that we cannot arrange to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for our team to assess the cause of the problem.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Once we have received the return product, a refund will be arranged, but please note that postage will not be refunded for a change of mind or for a mistake on the delivery address, and the return postage should be covered at your own cost.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been shipped.
