Delivery Policy

Hammock Heaven’s warehouse is located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Orders are usually shipped within one - two working days of full payment being received. If Hammock Heaven anticipate a delay despatching your purchase, for whatever reason, you will be notified within one – two working days.
Purchases shipped within Australia may be sent by Australia Post or Hammock Heaven’s nominated courier service. Within Australia if you haven’t received your goods within 7 working days of your purchase, please contact Hammock Heaven.

Freight costs, if not included in the purchase price, are clearly marked and added at the checkout phase of your purchase according to your delivery address. If you wish to receive a quote on freight charges separate to your order, please contact Hammock Heaven.
